At Cuts Clothing, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you find your perfect fit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start your request.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific garments you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached, affix the provided prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange order within 5-7 business days.
